Casita 1 - (Photos: www.yelapaoasis.com/eng/casita1.html) - This is
a very spacious casita in the back of the property, with a king size
bed downstairs, a double bed in a loft, and view to the gardens.
$90 USD, 1 to 4 persons

Casitas 2 & 3 - (Photos: www.yelapaoasis.com/eng/casita3.html) -
These casitas form a "duplex", which makes them ideal for a group
of friends or a family, although they are rented separately. Each one has its own entrance and bathroom, a double bed downstairs and a double bed in a loft, and view to the gardens. $90 USD, per casita, for 1 to 4 persons each.

Casita 4 - (Photos: www.yelapaoasis.com/eng/casita4.html) - A very
cozy casita with a double bed, a private terrace with beach chairs
and handcrafted hardwood floor, and views to the ocean, river and
gardens. $80 USD, for 1 to 2 persons

Casita 5 - (Photos: www.yelapaoasis.com/eng/casita5.html) - Hands
down, this is the best in the house! It is a beautiful casita with a
double bed downstairs and another double bed in a loft, a gorgeous
private terrace with hammock, chairs, and direct view to the river,
ocean and gardens. Although it sleeps up to 4 persons, it is often
rented by singles or couples for its uniqueness and prime location.
$110 USD

All casitas offer a private bathroom with toilet, sink, shower & hot
water on demand, and beds fitted with mosquito nets. Rates include
purified bottled water, high-speed internet, and continental breakfast. Taxes and tips are not included.

To confirm we ask for a deposit of 30% of the stay, via PayPal. If you'd like to go ahead, please fill in and send back the form I am including below, and I will get back to you with the deposit information. (Kindly scroll down for reservation and cancellation policies.)

Reservations policy
Once we have received your booking request, we will send you an invoice via paypal for the 30% deposit to secure your booking.
Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation with more information.
We prefer that your balance be paid cash on arrival either in US dollars or pesos, but PayPal (*) is also an option.
A PayPal account is not required. Payments may be done with a
credit or debit card, or through your PayPal balance if you already
have an account.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am.
We require a 2 night minimum from November to May.

Cancellations policy
Your deposit will be fully refundable minus 10% booking fee
if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your scheduled
arrival date; 50% refundable if received 30 days prior;
and non-refundable if received 29 days or less. There will be no
refunds in case of no-shows or early departures
